Misty Grove is a location in another realm where Sanguine is entertaining some dinner guests. The Dragonborn technically visits Misty Grove twice in the game, but cannot remember the first visit, with Sam Guevenne, due to excessive drinking.
The grove is accessed via a magic portal which is located within the fort of Morvunskar.
